PRIVACY POLICY

  1. This Privacy Policy explains the rules and scope of processing of Users’ personal data by the Service Provider and the Training Platform, the rights of Users and the obligations of the Service Provider as the Administrator of personal data.
  2. This Privacy Policy is governed by the definitions contained in the Regulations of the training platform “Edukacja.polskiinstytutistdp.pl”. Words corresponding to the definitions contained in § 1 of the Regulations of the training platform “Edukacja.polskiinstytutistdp.pl” should be understood as
    described there, as long as they start with a capital letter.

Personal data controller

The administrator of personal data of the Training Platform: Edukacja.polskiinstytutistdp.pl, i.e. the entity responsible for ensuring the security of Users’ personal data is: Renata Gehrke running a business under the name “Prywatna Praktyka Psychologiczna Renata Gehrke” in Wejherowo (84-200) at ul. Wałowej 30/23, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP: 588-173-17-45, REGON: 220706920, e-mail address: istdp.psychoterapia@gmail.com,

Purpose of processing

The Service Provider processes Users’ personal data in order to properly perform contracts concluded as part of the Training Platform. The above means that the data is needed in particular for:
– registering the Account on the training platform by the User,
– placing an Order by the Customer and concluding a contract for the sale of Services,
– execution of the Order,
– making settlements,
– the use of the Services by the User, including the Newsletter, provided that the User has agreed to receive the Newsletter,
– the Customer uses the complaint procedure referred to in § 8 of the Regulations,
– the Customer’s use of the right to withdraw from the Agreement referred to in § 9 of the Regulations.

Detailed purposes of data processing

1. Running the Training Platform Edukacja.polskiinstytutistdp.pl
Users’ personal data are processed in order to ensure the functionality of the Training Platform, in particular to ensure the possibility of registering the User on the website and the possibility of granting consent to receive marketing messages by e-mail or telephone.

2. Sales execution
The data of the User who decides to purchase services as part of the Training Platform will be processed for the purposes of the sales transaction. This includes, in particular, receiving payments from the User, issuing sales documents, as well as enabling the User to exercise the rights specified in the regulations of the Training Platform.

3. Marketing goals
Users’ personal data are processed by the Service Provider for marketing purposes, which means in particular promoting the Service Provider’s products and services. For this purpose, the Service Provider performs profiling, which, however, in no case will affect the rights or freedoms of the User or will not otherwise affect them in a similar way.

4. Survey of the satisfaction of Users and Customers of the Training Platform
In order to improve the Service Provider’s product offer, improve its quality, and adapt to the expectations and requirements of Users and Customers, the Service Provider processes Users’ personal data for analytical and statistical purposes.

In addition, if the User expresses a separate consent to commercial communication by electronic or telephone, the Service Provider will use the e-mail address and telephone number of the User to communicate the commercial offer of the Service Provider’s products.

Legal basis for processing

  1. The User’s personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.
  2. The User’s personal data is processed and made available to recipients with his prior consent, expressed at the time of User’s registration on the Training Platform.
  3. Expressing consent to the processing of personal data is completely voluntary, however, the lack of consent prevents the User from registering on the Training Platform and restricts access to placing Orders and purchasing Services through the Training Platform.
  4. In connection with the processing of personal data by the Service Provider, the User has the following rights:

a) The User may withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time
– without giving any reason. The request may refer to the purpose of processing indicated by the User or to all processing purposes. Withdrawal of consent for all processing purposes will cause the User’s Account on the Training Platform to be deleted, and the User’s personal data will not be processed and made available by the Service Provider. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the activities performed so far.

b) The User may at any time request the deletion of his personal data without giving any reason. The request to delete the data will not affect the activities performed so far. Deleting the data will cause the User Account on the Training Platform to be deleted, and the User’s personal data will not be processed and made available by the Service Provider.
c) The User may at any time object to the processing of his personal data, both in whole and for the purpose indicated by him. The objection will not affect the actions already performed. If an objection is raised, the User’s Account on the Training Platform will be deleted, and the User’s personal data will not be processed and made available by the Service Provider.
d) The User may at any time request the Service Provider to limit the processing of his personal data, both for a specified period and within a specified scope, and the Service Provider shall be obliged to comply with the User’s request. This request will not affect the activities performed so far.
e) The User may at any time request the Service Provider to correct or correct the User’s personal data.
f) The User may at any time request the Service Provider to transfer the User’s data to another entity. For this purpose, please contact the Service Provider via the following e-mail address: istdp.psychoterapia@gmail.com, providing the name and address of the entity to which the Service Provider is to provide the User’s personal data and their scope. The transfer will take place in electronic form after the User confirms this request. Confirmation of the request is needed due to the security of the User’s personal data and to be sure that the request comes from an authorized person.
g) The User may at any time request information from the Service Provider about the scope of processing of the User’s personal data by the Service Provider.

5. The Service Provider is obliged to inform the User, not later than within one month of receiving each of the requests, about the actions taken by the Service Provider.

Type of data processing

The service provider processes the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary for:
1.logging in to the Training Platform and using the Services:
– first name and last name,
– e-mail adress,
– account name,
– contact telephone number (additionally)
– User’s IP number.

2. Placing Orders:
– first name and last name,
– e-mail adress,
– account name,
– in the case of a person running a business, legal person and incomplete legal person (company) – address data in the form of: company name, tax identification number,
– User’s IP number.
3. Data provided by the User during the complaint procedure:
– first name and last name,
– e-mail adress,
– account name,
– order number,
– date of placing the order
– other contact details, including telephone number

Data processing period

1. The User’s personal data is stored until the User Account is deleted. The account may be deleted by the User, as well as in the event of the User’s withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, an objection to the processing of personal data or a request by the User to delete them.
2. After deleting the Account, the Service Provider and the Training Platform will only leave information permitted by law.
3. Individual personal data of the Users will be processed as follows:
a) registration on the Training Platform – for the period of which the User is registered – until the account is removed from the Training Platform; after this period, the User’s personal data will be processed for accounting, accounting and billing purposes, but not longer than 10 years;
b) consent to receive marketing messages by e-mail or telephone – until the User withdraws this consent; after this period, the User’s personal data will be processed for accounting, accounting and billing purposes, but not longer than 10 years;
c) sale – for the duration of the contract; after this period, the User’s personal data will be processed for accounting, accounting and billing purposes, but not longer than 5 years;
d) answering questions – in the case of the User or the Client of the Training Platform – for the period of which the User is registered – until the account is removed from the Training Platform; after this period, the User’s personal data will be processed for accounting, accounting and billing purposes, but not longer than 10 years. With regard to unregistered Users or Clients of the Training Platform, for the time necessary to provide the necessary explanations and answers;

e) obtained data on how the User uses the Training Platform (via cookies) and data processed in the Service Provider’s marketing database – for the entire period when he is a User or customer and later for a period of 5 years from the date of deleting the account on the Training Platform or discontinuing using the Services offered on the Training Platform.

Recipients of personal data:

  1. Users’ personal data may be transferred by the Service Provider to entities cooperating with the Service Provider, to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services.
    2. Users’ personal data, apart from the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, will not be disclosed to third parties in any way, in particular, they will not be transferred to other entities for the purpose of sending third party marketing materials.
    3. Users’ personal data are not transferred outside the European Union.

Cookies

  1. The training portal uses “cookies”. Cookies are small files that allow the device used to browse the Internet (e.g. computer, smartphone, etc.) to remember specific information about the device used. The information recorded in cookies is used, inter alia, for advertising and statistical purposes and to adapt the Training Platform to the individual needs of Users.
  2. Cookies are used by the Training Portal in order to:
    a) adjusting the content of the Training Portal to Users’ preferences and optimizing the use of the Training Portal; in particular, these files allow to recognize the User’s device and properly display the Training Portal, tailored to the individual needs of the User;
    b) creating statistics that help to understand how the User uses the Training Portal, which allows improving its structure and content.
  3. The service provider uses two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the end device until you leave the Training Portal or turn off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted.
  4. Local Storage and Session Storage variables (collectively called Web Storage) are similar to cookies, with the difference that the browser does not send them to the Online Store every time. Both cookies and Web Storage variables can be deleted after closing the User’s browser (session cookies and Session Storage variables) or stored longer (Local Storage variables).
  5. The following types of cookies are used in the Training Portal:

a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Training Portal, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Training Portal;
b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the Training Portal;
c) “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how to use the Training Portal;
d) “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the User and personalizing the interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or region from which the User comes, font size, appearance of the Online Store, etc.

6. If the User does not want cookies to be installed on his device, he may refuse to install cookies in the following way:
a) In the Microsoft Edge browser: select “Settings” from the main menu, and then “Display advanced settings” and specify the privacy level in the “Privacy and services” section,
b) In Mozilla Firefox: select “Tools” from the menu, and then “Options” and specify the level of privacy in the “Privacy” section,
c) In the Opera browser: select the “Tools” item from the menu, and then “Advanced” from the “Preferences” item, and then “Cookies”,
d) In the Google Chrome browser: from the menu on the right, select “Options”, then “For advanced users” and “Cookie settings”,
e) In the Safari browser: in the Settings menu, select the “Safari” item, and then in the Privacy and protection section, select “Block cookies”.
The above methods of refusing consent may change. These are examples of the types of browsers. In most browsers, this type of information on cookies can be found in the “Tools” or “Options” menu.
Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Training Portal.
