When and What for?


It is worth making use of psychotherapy, especially when we feel that experienced life’s puzzles are beyond us and we cannot cope with them on our own.  Our own ways of solving problems are not powerful any more, what is worse, they are the source of these problems and, in consequence our suffering. It is advisable to take advantage of psychotherapy when we want to understand ourselves better and to develop emotional intelligence. That can lead to ability to maintain satisfying relationship with other people.
